Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, vanilla yogurt. 

Supper

Mac and Cheese with ground beef, mixed vegetables, hot sauce, spices and seasoning. 

Lunch

Ham and Smoked Chicken breast sandwiches with cheese, mayo and mustard x 2 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, vanilla yogurt. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with wheat germ, cinnamon, banana x 2, milk, toast and butter x 3, tea. 

Tea Time!

Lemon ginger tea 

Supper

Mac and Cheese with Can Ham, Mixed Vegetables, Hot Sauce and Pepper. 

Lunch

Ham and Smoked Chicken, Cheese, mayo, mustard sandwiches x 2 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, vanilla yogurt.

Leftover ground beef with mixed vegetables and brown rice, etc.

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street. 

Brunch

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink. Bannock bread with butter.

Walk to Shoppers Almon Street then Superstore Young Street.

Laundry Day from 8:45am to 10:30am 2 loads of laundry. November 7/23
