Ground beef with mixed vegetables, beef broth, spices and seasoning, brown rice, hot sauce, butter, tomato soup, cheese. 

Snack

Sardines in hot sauce 100g., Nature Valley Protein Bar 37g. 

Lunch

Breaded chicken burgers with mayo and hot sauce on Whole wheat hamburger buns x 2.

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, powder milk, protein powder. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, wheat germ, banana, frozen fruit berry blend, raisins, milk, tea.
