Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Ground turkey with onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, paprika, curry, parsley, diced tomatoes, white rice. 

Snack

Energy Mix, Roasted and Salted Cashews, BBQ Peanuts. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street to catch the bus to Halifax Shopping Centre Walmart and Lawtons with a walk around the mall. 

Brunch

Cheese and mayo sandwiches x 2 with Carrot Muffin and strawberry banana yogurt drink. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with push ups, planking and leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana, frozen strawberries and banana, powder milk, Carrot Muffin, tea. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea and Carrot muffin. 

Supper

Ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, can beans, bread and butter x 2. 

Workout 2

Weight training with dumbbells 6 exercises 40 minutes plus push ups. 

Tea Time!

Earl Grey Tea with Carrot Muffin. 

Brunch 2

Toasted cheese sandwiches with mayo x 2 and strawberry banana yogurt drink. 

Brunch

Noodle soup with mixed vegetables, 2 eggs, beef broth and chicken broth. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and legs lifts plus planking. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana, frozen strawberries and banana, powder milk, carrot muffin, tea. 

Snack

Strawberry banana yogurt drink. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea and Carrot Muffin.

Pork chops x 2 with salt and pepper, pasta side dish with mixed vegetables. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street then Superstore Young Street. Bought Dagwood Sandwich and Sprarking water fizzy at Sobeys.

Toasted cheese and mayo sandwiches x 2 and Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching!

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street to catch the bus to Walmart Bayers Lake and Superstore. Had lunch at Superstore chicken tenders and potatoe home fries and large can green tea.

Pasta salad with pasta, tuna, boiled eggs x 2, chick peas, pepper, paprika, parsley, mayo.

Walk to Superstore Quinpool Road and Canadian Tire.

Oven toasted cheese sandwiches with butter x 2. Protein Shake with banana x 2, protein powder and powder milk.
