Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, banana x 1

Leftover ground beef, tomato sauce, pasta, peas and carrots, etc.

Roasted and Salted Cashews 100g. Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B 

Outing

5.28km walk to visit Kim in Hospital then to Public Gardens followed by Park Lane Dollarama. 

Brunch

Breaded Sole fillets on hamburger buns with mayo x 2 

Laundry Day!

Laundry Day from 7:20am to 9:30am 3 loads of laundry. August 20/22 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, Protein powder, banana, frozen strawberries, milk, tea.

Breaded Sole fillets on hamburger buns with mayo x 2.

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, Protein powder, apple, banana, milk, tea

Breaded Sole fillet x 1 with 3/4 Cup of brown rice, peas and carrots, vegetable broth, summer savory, hot sauce.

Breaded chicken burgers with mayo and ketchup on hamburger buns x 2.

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.

Scrambled eggs x 3 with milk, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, hot sauce, toast and butter x 3.

Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen strawberries, powder milk, protein powder x 2 tbs, toast and butter x 2.

Ground beef with spices and seasoning, peas and carrots, beef broth, flour, mashed potatoes, ketchup. 

Lunch

Breaded chicken burgers with mayo and ketchup on hamburger buns x 2.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, peas and carrots, chicken broth, flour, hot sauce stuffed into pita bread x 2. 

Outing

Bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre after dropping by Sobeys Windsor Street. 

Lunch

Chicken burgers with mayo and ketchup on hamburger buns x 2.
