Toasted bagels raisin cinnamon with butter x 2, boiled eggs x 2, salt.

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon raisin bagel with butter toasted, banana x 2, milk, tea.

Peanut butter toast x 2, chamomile tea.

Chicken leg, salt, pepper, paprika, cup of rice, cup of mixed vegetables.
