Workout

Weight training with dumbbells 10lbs and 20lbs back, biceps and forearms 35 minutes. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with sweetener. 

Supper

Thin crust veggie pizza from Superstore. Chicken burgers with mayo and mustard on hamburger buns x 2. Pepperoni stick 40g. 

Outing

Bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre and Dollarama. Gatorade Zero 710ml. 

Lunch

Leftover ground chicken with mixed vegetables, butternut squash, broccoli and cauliflower, pasta, diced tomatoes, etc. 

Protein Shake/Breakfast!

Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen blueberries, powder milk, vanilla protein powder 2 tbsp, creatine 2 tbsp, chia seeds, cinnamon, plain oats package x 1. Green tea. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with sweetener. Banana x 1

Supper

Ground chicken with spices and seasoning, hot sauce, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, butternut squash, broccoli and cauliflower, pasta, diced tomatoes. 

Workout

One hour of Stretching exercises with crunches and leg lifts plus planking. 

Lunch

Chicken burgers with mayo on hamburger buns x 2. Protein Shake with powder milk, vanilla protein powder, creatine 1 tbsp. Trail Mix 1/2 Cup. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Plain Oatmeal packages x 2 with banana x 2, powder milk, vanilla protein powder, cinnamon, chia seeds. Toast and peanut butter x 2. Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener. Creatine with water 1 tbsp.

Fried eggs x 4 with salt and pepper, pam cooking spray, H.P. Sauce. Toast and butter x 2. Banana x 1

Outing

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry then walked to Sobeys Windsor Street.

Chicken burgers with mayo on hamburger buns x 3. Protein Shake with powder milk, vanilla protein powder, creatine 1 scoop.

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener.

Plain Oatmeal packages x 2 with banana x 2, powder milk, vanilla protein powder, cinnamon, chia seeds. Toast and peanut butter x 2. Tea with milk and sweetener. Creatine with water 1 tbsp.

One hour of Stretching exercises with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups with leg extensions front and side kick, calf raises and deep squats.

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener.

Plain Oatmeal packages x 2 with banana, pitted prunes, cinnamon, chia seeds, powder milk, vanilla protein powder. Toast and peanut butter x 2. Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener. Creatine with water 1 tbsp.
