Workout 2

Weight training with dumbbells back workout with 25lbs dumbbell 15 minutes. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with milk and sweetener. Lemon Strudel x 1. Creatine with water. 

Supper

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, tomato soup, pasta, hot sauce. Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B. 

Snacks

Builder's Protein Bar 68g. Beef Jerky 35g. 

Outing

Walk downtown to Dollarama Duke Street then bus trip to Superstore Barrington Street. 

Lunch

Tuna salad sandwiches with 2 cans of tuna, mayo, mustard, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder on whole grain bread x 2. Green tea 680ml. 

Workout

One hour of Stretching exercises with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups, deep squats, calf raises. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, chia seeds, banana, powder milk. Toast and peanut butter x 2. Tea with milk and sweetener. Creatine with water. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with sweetener. 

Post Workout Shake!

Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen fruit blend, powder milk, vanilla protein powder. 

Workout

Weight training with dumbbells back and arm workout with 10lbs and 20lbs dumbbells. 45 minutes. Push ups this morning. Deep squats. 7km walk. 

Creatine!

Creatine with water. 

Lunch

Sub sandwiches from Sobeys Windsor Street x 2. Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B. Protein Bar 68g. 

Outing

Walk downtown to Dollarama Duke Street then bus trip back home followed by walk to Staples then walk back downtown then bus trip to Sobeys Windsor Street.

Outing

Bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre, Sobeys and Dollarama.

Toasted tomato and cheese sandwiches with mayo on whole grain bread x 2. Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener. Apple Strudel x 1.

One hour of Stretching exercises with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups, leg extensions front and side kick, calf raises, deep squats.

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. Apple Strudel x 1.

Oatmeal with cinnamon, chia seeds, banana, frozen fruit blend x 4, powder milk. Toast and peanut butter x 2. Tea with milk and sweetener. Creatine with water.

Sub sandwich ham from Superstore Quinpool Road. Apple Strudel x 1. Carbonated flavored water 1 liter. 

Outing

Walk to Superstore Quinpool Road.
