Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Oatmeal 2 cups with cinnamon, protein powder, banana, powder milk. 

Snack

Pepperoni stick 

Lunch

Turkey Sub Sandwich from Superstore and 2 Raisin Bran Muffins. 

Outing

Walk to Superstore Quinpool Road and Canadian Tire. 

Brunch

Salami and cheese sandwiches with butter and mustard x 2, Earl Grey Tea. 

Workout

Weight training with dumbbells 6 exercises plus push ups and light stretching. 

Breakfast 2

Toast and peanut butter x 2, coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink. Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Ground beef with mixed vegetables, beef broth, spices and seasoning, hot sauce, white rice. Green tea with honey from Sobeys. 

Snack

Smoked Oysters 85g. 

Outing

Bus trip to Halifax Shopping Centre Wal-Mart, Dollarama and Sobeys. Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B, pepperoni stick, 3 Samosas Chicken from Sobeys. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, toast and peanut butter x 2, tea.

Lunch

Salami and cheese sandwich with butter and mustard plus Cheddar Cheese x 5. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions side kick only, planking, calf raises. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Walk to Superstore Young Street then paid the rent on my way home. Dropped off old sneakers at Sobeys Windsor Street donation box.

Cheddar Cheese x 4

Outing

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry.

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and legs lifts plus planking.

Outing

Bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre.
