Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, powder milk, protein powder. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, vanilla yogurt and banana. 

Supper

Scrambled eggs x 4 with pepper, olive oil, hot sauce, 3 cups of broccoli. 

Snack

Sardines in hot sauce 100g. 

Outing

Bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre and Haircutters plus The Source. 

Brunch

Roast beef and cheese sandwiches with mayo and mustard x 2. Protein Shake with banana x 2, protein powder, powder milk. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching, leg extensions front and side kick, weight training with dumbbell curls and overhead dumbbell press multiple sets. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, frozen blueberries, 1% milk, toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with butter, tea. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, 1% milk, protein powder. 

Tea Time!

Leftover ground beef with mixed vegetables, chick peas, pasta, etc. 

Lunch

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink, 1% milk. Ham and cheese sandwiches with mayo and mustard x 2 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching, leg extensions front and side kick, weight training with dumbbell curls and overhead dumbbell press multiple sets.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Walk to Laundromat just south of where I live to wash laundry 2 loads.

Leftover ground turkey, mixed vegetables, stewed tomatoes, red kidney beans, brown rice, etc.

Green tea, cinnamon raisin bagel with butter.

Walk to Dollarama Park Lane Spring Garden Road.

Pizza toast with pizza sauce, salami, mozzarella cheese x 3. Protein Shake with banana x 2, protein powder, powder milk, plain yogurt drink.
