Outing

Walk up to Sobeys Windsor Street to drop off donation then bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre. 

Brunch

Boiled eggs x 3 with hot sauce, peanut butter toast x 1, Protein Shake with 1% milk and protein powder. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, Protein powder, apple, banana, milk, toast and butter x 1, boiled egg, hot sauce, tea. 

Tea Time!

Peppermint tea, boiled egg and hot sauce. 

Supper

Ground beef, mixed vegetables, spices and seasoning, tomato sauce, pasta (2 meals) 

Lunch

Tuna, mayo, pepper, paprika sandwich with 2 cups potato chips. 

Outing

Walk to Shoppers Almon Street. 2.5km plus

Peanut butter and butter sandwich with protein shake, powder milk and protein powder.

Pork Steak with salt, pepper and garlic powder, brown rice with mixed vegetables and vegetable broth, butter and hot sauce. 

Outing

 Walk downtown to Dollarama Duke Street for shopping. 3.85km

Pita with ham, hummus, mayo, mustard, boiled egg, hot sauce, Protein Shake with 1% milk and protein powder.

Laundry Day!

Laundry Day with 3 loads of laundry from 8:30am - 10:30am May 10/22 Time for a little brunch I'm hungry! 

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, Protein powder, apple, banana, toast and butter x 2, milk, boiled eggs x 2, hot sauce, tea and coffee.

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, brown rice, hot sauce.

Turkey breast sandwich with mayo, hummus, mustard and protein shake with powder milk and protein powder.

Outing

Had to go for blood work this morning 9:00am at North End Community Health Centre and did some push ups before leaving. Time for breakfast!
