Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, Protein bar 37g Peanut butter and dark chocolate. 

Supper

Pork Steak with salt and pepper, hot sauce, brown rice, mixed vegetables. 

Snack

Protein bar 37g. Nature Valley Peanut butter dark chocolate. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street to catch bus to Halifax Shopping Centre Walmart and Haircutters. 

Lunch

Scrambled eggs x 3, olive oil, pepper, hot sauce, hash browns x 3.

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, powder milk, protein powder, almond milk. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, wheat germ, banana, frozen fruit blend, almond milk, tea.
