Protein Shake

Protein Shake with powder milk, protein powder. Fig cookies x 2 

Supper

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, flour, brown rice, hot sauce. 

Snack

Nature Mix 1/2 Cup. 

Lunch

Ham and Swiss cheese sandwich with mayo and mustard, boiled eggs x 3, pepper, hot sauce, fig cookies x 2. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, Protein powder, banana, frozen blueberries, peanut butter, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with powder milk and protein powder. 

Supper

Uncle Ben's Flavor Rice, Can Tuna and hot sauce, fig cookies x 2. 

Lunch

Ham and Swiss cheese sandwich with mayo and mustard, fig cookies x 2, Nature Mix 1/2 Cup. 

Outing

Walk to RBC Almon Street then walked to catch bus at Sobeys Windsor Street to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre. 

Brunch

Ham and Swiss cheese with mayo and mustard on pita bread x 2.

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Laundry Day from 9:00am to 11:00am 3 loads of laundry. November 24/22
