Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Ground beef with mixed vegetables, beef broth, spices and seasoning, hot sauce, Mac and Cheese. Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, powder milk, protein powder, vanilla yogurt. 

Outing

Bus trip to Halifax Shopping Centre to buy some new Dr Martens boots and Dollarama. 

Brunch

Ham and Chicken breast sandwiches with cheese, mayo and mustard x 2. Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions side kick only. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with wheat germ, banana, frozen blueberries, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Tea Time!

Steak with salt and pepper, Macaroni and Cheese with mixed vegetables, hot sauce. 

Outing

Walk to Dollarama Young Street.
