Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Omelette with 3 eggs, pepper, hot sauce, olive oil, toast and butter x 2 

Lunch

Salami and cheese sandwich with pickle, butter and mustard. Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, strawberry yogurt drink. 

Outing

Bustrip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre. 

Brunch

Leftover ground turkey with mixed vegetables, brown rice, etc. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick, dumbbell curls and overhead press. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana x 2, frozen blueberries, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Last Night!

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, hot sauce, brown rice, cheese dust. 

Lunch

Salami and cheese sandwiches with pickles, butter and mustard x 2. Protein Shake with banana, frozen strawberries, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder. 

Outing

Walk to Laundromat North Street near Robie Street to do 2 loads of laundry. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, banana, frozen strawberries, milk, protein powder, toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Tea Time!

Pork chop with salt and pepper, hot sauce, omelette with 3 eggs, pepper, olive oil.

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, mango yogurt drink. Pizza toast with pizza sauce, salami, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick, weight training with dumbbell curls and overhead dumbbell press multiple sets of 10 reps.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Peppermint tea 

Supper

Omelette with 3 eggs, pepper, hot sauce, olive oil, pizza toast with pizza sauce, salami and mozzarella cheese x 2 

Snack

Salami and cheese sandwich with pickle, butter and mustard. Green tea 

Outing

Paid rent then walked to Sobeys Windsor Street.

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick, weight training with dumbbell curls and overhead press 10 reps and 3 sets.

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, mango yogurt drink. Toast and butter x 2, coffee with milk and sweetener.

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick, weight training with overhead dumbbell press and dumbbell curls 10 and 12 reps with multiple sets. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, strawberry yogurt drink, toast and butter x 2, coffee with milk and sweetener.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick, weight training 10lb dumbbell 2 exercises curls and overhead press 3 sets of 10 reps.  

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.
