Supper

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, flour, brown rice, hot sauce. 

Outing

Walk to Dollarama Young Street. Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B 

Lunch

Tuna with mayo, pepper, paprika, hot sauce on Pita bread and banana x 1. 

Laundry Day!

Laundry Day from 8:15am to 10:45am 3 loads of laundry. November 5/22

Coffee Time!

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, Protein powder, banana, milk, tea. 

Supper

Breaded Sole fillets x 2, Scrambled eggs x 3 with pepper and hot sauce, mixed vegetables, butter. 

Outing

Worked on 22 Minutes from 7:30am to about 3:15pm also ate 3 meals 2 small and 1 lunch. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, Protein powder, banana x 2, milk, tea and coffee.

Ground beef with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, beef broth, flour, hot sauce, Pita bread x 2. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, frozen fruit blend x 4, powder milk, protein powder. 

Outing

Walk to North End Community Health Centre to change Doctors appointment then walked to Superstore Quinpool Road. 

Lunch

Breaded Sole fillets x 2, Scrambled eggs x 3 with pepper, hot sauce, mixed vegetables, butter. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Scrambled eggs x 3 with mixed vegetables, butter, hot sauce, brown rice, vegetable broth. 

Snack

Tuna mayo sandwich with pepper, paprika, Tabasco sauce on Whole wheat bread. 

Outing

Bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre.

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.
