Leftover rice, ground beef, tomato soup, mixed vegetables, black beans, etc.

Herring fillets 100g. 

Outing

Bus trip to Halifax Shopping Centre Eastlink and Walmart.

Brunch

Omelette 3 eggs, toast and butter x 2, pepper, garlic, green tea.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching 1 hour.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple x 2, banana, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea.

Snack

Peanut butter toast x 1, chamomile tea.

Supper

Ground beef, black beans, onion, tomato soup, mixed vegetables, salt, pepper, garlic, oregano, rice. (2 meals) 

Lunch

Omelette 3 eggs, toast and butter x 2, pepper, garlic, onion. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching 1 hour.

Cleaning Day!

6 hours of cleaning from 8am - 2pm.

8:30am - 11am 3 loads of laundry.
