Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with milk and sweetener, dark chocolate oreo cookies x 3.

Supper

Omelette with 4 eggs, pam cooking spray, pink salt, pepper, hot sauce, toast and butter x 2. 

Lunch

Toasted cheese sandwiches with butter on wholewheat bread x 2, Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener, dark chocolate oreo cookies x 3. 

Protein Shake!

Protein Shake with banana, berries and cherries, protein powder, creatine, 1% milk. 

Workout

Weight training with dumbbells multiple exercises and multiple sets and reps 40 minutes. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, chia seeds, banana, berries and cherries, oat milk, 1% milk, toast and peanut butter x 2, tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with milk and sweetener, dark chocolate oreo cookies x 3.

Ground beef with spices and seasoning, hot sauce, peas and carrots, beef broth, butter, onion, potatoes. 

Snack

Popcorn x 1 bag

Toasted roast beef sandwich with cheese, butter and mustard on wholewheat bread. Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener. Dark Chocolate Oreo Cookies x 3. 

Workout

One hour of Stretching exercises.

Oatmeal with cinnamon, chia seeds, oat milk, banana x 2, berries and cherries, coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with 1% milk, protein powder and creatine. Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with oat milk and sweetener, dark chocolate oreo cookies x 3. 

Supper

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, hot sauce, chicken broth, peas and carrots, noodle soup. 

Snack

Energy Mix remains of 210g.

Lunch

Ham and Roast beef sandwich with cheese, mayo and mustard on wholewheat bread. Leftover pork chop with hot sauce. Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener, dark chocolate oreo cookies x 3. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street after paying rent.
