Tea Time!

Chamomile tea

Supper

Boneless pork x 2, salt, pepper, chili powder, Cauliflower 500g., Butter, Summer Savory.

Tea with milk and sweetener.

Outing

Walk downtown to Dollarama Duke Street. 

Brunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toast and butter x 2.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana, almond milk, boiled egg, salt, toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Supper

Leftover ground beef, mixed vegetables, diced tomatoes, etc., Spinach Noodles. 

Lunch

Almond milk/milk shake with Banana and Frozen Jumble Berry fruit blend. 

Brunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toast and butter x 2.

Coffee with milk and sweetener. *(Before workout!)

Can lunch meat sandwich with mustard and hummus, Great Value Protein Bar.

Outing

Walk to QE2 Hospital to visit Neil with Mary Jane and Donna then walk to Superstore Quinpool road before coming back home.

Can lunch meat sandwich with mustard and hummus, boiled egg, salt, Great Value Protein Bar.
