Workout

Light stretching exercises with back workout dumbbell rows 6 sets of 12 reps. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal packages x 4 with banana, chocolate protein powder, cinnamon, chia seeds. Toast and peanut butter x 2. Creatine with water. Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with sweetener. Banana x 1

Supper

Ground beef with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, beef broth, hot sauce, tomato soup, chick peas, pasta from sidekicks. 

Snack!

Popcorn x 1 bag. 

Lunch

Hamburger patties x 2 cooked with olive oil on wholewheat bread x 4 with mayo, mustard and cheese. 

Workout

One hour of Stretching exercises. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. Toast and butter x 2

Breakfast/Protein Shake!

Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen berries and cherries, chocolate protein powder, powder milk, creatine, cinnamon, chia seeds, plain oats 1 package. 

Post Workout Shake!

Protein Shake with chocolate protein powder and powder milk. 

Workout 2

Weight training exercises arm workout with dumbbells multiple exercises and multiple sets and reps 35 minutes.  

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with sweetener. 

Supper

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, hot sauce, chicken flavored rice from sidekicks. Carbonated flavored water 1 liter. 

Snack

Dark Chocolate with almonds 100g. 

Outing

Bus trip to Superstore Barrington Street. 10 bus down to Duke Street then 7 bus to Superstore Barrington Street. 

Lunch

Tuna sandwiches x 3 with 2 can of tuna, mayo, pepper, paprika, garlic powder on wholewheat bread. 

Workout

One hour of Stretching exercises with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups. 

Breakfast 2

Peanut butter toast x 2. Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. 

Breakfast/Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen berries and cherries, chocolate protein powder, powder milk, creatine, cinnamon, chia seeds, plain oats 1 package. 

Protein Shake!

Protein Shake with chocolate protein powder and oat milk. Post Workout!

Workout 2

Weight training with dumbbells delts workout with 20lbs and 10lbs overhead dumbbell press, front raises and side raises 4 sets each exercise 10 to 20 reps. 30 minute workout. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with oat milk and sweetener. Banana x 1

Supper

Hamburger patties x 2 with mayo, mustard, cheese on wholewheat bread x 4 cooked with olive oil. 

Snack!

Beef Jerky 80g. Teriyaki Big Chief 

Workout

One hour of Stretching exercises with crunches and leg lifts. 

Lunch

Leftover steak from yesterday with microwavable flavored pasta 250g. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. Peanut butter toast x 2

Breakfast/Protein Shake!

Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen berries and cherries, chocolate protein powder, powder milk, oat milk, cinnamon, chia seeds, creatine, plain oats 1 package. 

Protein Shake!

Protein Shake with powder milk, chocolate protein powder, oat milk. 

Supper

Steak with pink salt and pepper, garlic powder, beef broth, microwavable flavored pasta 250g. 

Workout 2

Weight training with dumbbells back and chest workout with light arm and delt workout for warm up and cool down and in-between sets 10lbs. Dumbbell rows 6 sets of 10 reps 20lbs. Chest workout two different exercises 3 sets each for a total of 6 sets 10 to 20 reps 20lbs. 30 minutes. 

Lunch

Roast beef sub sandwich from Sobeys, Carbonated flavored water 1 liter, Chocolate protein bar. 

Outing/Bustrip

Bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre and Sobeys. 

Brunch

Microwavable flavored rice 250g. Herring fillets in brine 120g. 

Workout

One hour of Stretching exercises with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups.
