Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with sweetener. Banana x 1

Supper

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, hot sauce, stewed tomatoes, 1 cup of white rice and butter. 

Coffee Time!

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. 

Snack

1 bag of popcorn. 

Lunch

Toasted tomato and mayo sandwiches with cheese on wholewheat bread x 2. Protein Shake with chocolate protein powder and powder milk. 

Workout

One hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups, knee bends and leg extensions side kick only. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Cream of wheat packages x 4 with banana, cinnamon, powder milk. Tea with milk and sweetener. Creatine with water. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with powder milk and chocolate protein powder. 

Supper

Steak x 2 pieces with pink salt and pepper, hot sauce, garlic powder, beef broth. Microwavable Flavored Pasta 250g. 

Workout

Weight training with dumbbells multiple exercises and multiple sets and reps 45 minutes. 

Lunch

Microwavable flavored rice 250g. Smoked Herring fillets in brine 120g. Hot sauce. Banana x 1. 

Breakfast 2

Scrambled eggs x 4 with salt and pepper, hot sauce, parsley, tomato, pam cooking spray. Toast and butter x 2. Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana, frozen strawberries, powder milk, chocolate protein powder, creatine. Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with almond milk and chocolate protein powder. 

Tea Time/Snacks!
