Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Omelette with 4 eggs, olive oil, pepper, hot sauce, toast and butter x 2

Cheddar Cheese x 5

Chocolate fudge pop tarts x 2

Outing

Walk to Shoppers Almon Street. 

Brunch

Salami and mozzarella cheese sandwiches with butter, pickle and mustard. Protein Shake with powder milk, protein powder, banana x 2, plain yogurt drink. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, banana, frozen strawberries, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, pop tarts chocolate fudge x 2

Supper

Ground beef with mixed vegetables, beef broth, spices and seasoning, hot sauce, pasta. 

Snack

Salami and mozzarella cheese sandwich with pickle, butter and mustard. 

Outing

Bustrip to Superstore Barrington Street.

Protein Shake with banana x 2, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink. Pizza toast with pizza sauce, salami and mozzarella cheese x 3
