Walk downtown to Dollarama Duke Street then bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre.

Brunch

Peanut butter and banana sandwich.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana, toast and butter x 1, milk, tea.

Snack

Cheese and butter sandwich, chamomile tea.

Supper

Noodle soup with mix 1 tsp, mixed vegetables, onion, chicken breast x 1, pepper, paprika, ginger.

Lunch

Eggs x 2, pepper, ketchup, toast and butter x 2, orange x 1.

8:30am - 11am 3 loads of laundry.
