Noodle soup with mix 1 tsp, mixed vegetables, onion, chicken breast x 1, pepper, paprika, ginger.

Snack

Toasted cheese and butter sandwich, Orange x 1.

Lunch

Scrambled eggs x 3, pepper, paprika, butter, toast x 2. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana x 2, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea.

Snack

Cheese butter sandwich, chamomile tea, banana.

Supper

Leftover ground beef, tomato soup, mixed vegetables, lentils, etc., 1 cup of rice.

Outing

Walk to Superstore Young Street.

Brunch
