Tea Time!

Honey lemon ginger tea, peanut butter and butter sandwich. 

Supper

Pasta salad with pasta, mayo, tuna, black olives, green peas, pepper, paprika. (2 meals) 

Snack

Smoked Almonds 75g 

Outing

Walk downtown along waterfront to Lawtons and Dollarama Duke Street. Aquafina Vitamin Water Orange 

Brunch

Peanut butter and butter sandwich, boiled egg, salt, Protein Shake with powder milk and protein powder, banana x 1. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, Protein powder, apple x 3, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Ground turkey, spices, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, flour, mashed potatoes, paprika, ketchup. 

Lunch

Ham and Roast beef sandwich with hummus and mustard, boiled egg, salt, Protein Shake with powder milk and protein powder, All Dressed Potato Chips 2 Cups. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.
