Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Ground turkey with mixed vegetables, chicken broth, hot sauce, spices and seasoning, brown rice. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street. 

Lunch

Chicken burgers with mayo on hamburger buns x 2. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, powder milk, protein powder, oat milk. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, wheat germ, banana x 2, protein powder, oat milk, tea with milk and sweetener, boiled egg and salt. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Italian Style meatballs x 12, brown rice with mixed vegetables, beef broth, butter, hot sauce. 

Snack

Boiled eggs x 3 with butter, pepper and hot sauce.

Walk to Shoppers Almon Street.

Took a taxi out to Bedford this morning to work on TPB Jail Season 2. Had 2nd breakfast at Tim Hortons then ate on set for the day. Call time was 7:15am with a wrap time just after 7:00pm.
