Supper 2

Leftover pasta, ground beef, tomato sauce, mixed vegetables, etc.

Early Supper

Pasta, ground beef, tomato sauce, mixed vegetables, pepper, garlic. (2 meals) 

Lunch

3 egg omelette, pepper, garlic, toast and butter x 2.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching 1 hour.

Breakfast 2

Coffee

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana, toast and butter x 2, milk, tea. 

Snack

Peanut butter sandwich and butter, chamomile tea.

Supper

Fast fry pork chops x 2, salt, pepper, garlic, diced potatoes and curry, cooking oil, ketchup. 

Outing

Walk to Quinpool road TD Bank and Superstore.

Brunch

Omelette sandwich with 2 eggs, pepper, garlic, butter, steak sauce on toast, green tea. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching 1 hour.

Snack

Toasted cheese, mayo sandwich, chamomile tea.

Supper

Leftover rice, ground beef, mushroom soup, mixed vegetables, chick peas, etc.

Brunch

Leftover rice, ground beef, mushroom soup, mixed vegetables, chick peas, etc.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching 1 hour.

Rice, ground beef, mixed vegetables, chick peas, mushroom soup, milk, pepper, garlic, paprika, oregano. (3 meals)

2 egg omelette sandwich with pepper, garlic and cheese on 2 toast and butter, lemon ginger tea. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching 1 hour.

Toasted peanut butter bread x 2, chamomile tea.

Fast fry pork chops x 2, Broccoli 500g, butter, salt, pepper, garlic, steak sauce. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street then Shoppers Almon Street.

Lunch

2 egg omelette sandwich with cheese, pepper, garlic, milk, butter on 2 toast, green tea.

Laundry Day!

3 loads of laundry. 8:30am - 10:45am
