Tea Time!

Weight training with dumbbells chest, delts and triceps 10lbs and 20lbs dumbbells 35 minutes.

Creatine with water. 

Supper

Sub sandwiches from Sobeys Queen Street x 2. Diet Cranberry Juice. Lemon Strudel x 1. 

Outing

Walk downtown to Dollarama Duke Street then bus trip to Sobeys Queen Street. 

Protein Shake!

Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen blueberries, vanilla protein powder, powder milk. 

Workout

One hour of Stretching exercises with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups, deep squats, wall sits, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Plain Oatmeal packages x 2 with banana, pitted prunes, powder milk, cinnamon, chia seeds. Toast and butter x 2. Tea with milk and sweetener. Creatine with water. 

Tea Time!

Ground chicken with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, tomato soup, pasta, hot sauce.

Roast beef sub sandwich from Superstore. Lemon Strudel x 1. Diet Cranberry Juice.

Walk to Dollarama Young Street and Superstore via Barrington Street.

Salmon sandwiches with mayo, mustard, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder on whole grain bread x 2. Creatine with water.

Tuna salad sandwiches with mayo, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard on whole grain bread x 2. Creatine with water. (2 cans of tuna)
