Tea Time!

Lemon ginger tea 

Supper

Scrambled eggs x 3 with pepper, olive oil and hot sauce, mixed vegetables, toast and butter x 2. 

Lunch

Salami and cheese sandwiches with butter and mustard x 2. Fig cookies x 6

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana x 2, protein powder, plain yogurt drink, powder milk, oat milk. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching, leg extensions front and side kick, weight training with dumbbell curls and overhead dumbbell press multiple sets. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana, oat milk, raisin bread and toast with peanut butter x 3, tea. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, fig cookies x 6

Supper

Steak with salt and pepper, hot sauce, brown rice with mixed vegetables, beef broth, butter. 

Snack

Toasted raisin bread with peanut butter x 2. Walnuts 70g.

Outing

Bus trip to Superstore Barrington Street.
