Ground beef, mixed vegetables, rice, beef broth, diced tomatoes, mixed beans, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano. (3 meals) 

Lunch

Ham and mayo, mustard sandwich.

Brunch

Ham and mayo sandwich, boiled eggs x 2, salt.

Laundry Day!

3 loads of laundry. 8:30am - 10:45am May 8

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple x 2, banana, toast and butter x 2, almond milk, tea.

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea last evening around 6:00pm

Pork steak, salt, pepper, potatoes and onion, paprika, cooking oil, garlic powder.

Lunch

Ham and mayo, mustard sandwich.

Outing

Walk to Shoppers Almon Street.

Toasted Ham and mayo sandwich, boiled eggs x 2, salt.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Shepherd's pie: ground beef, mixed vegetables, mashed potatoes, lentils, tomato paste, beef broth, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, Italian spice. (3 meals)

Brunch

Toasted chicken breast, mayo sandwich, boiled egg, salt, Cheddar Cheese x 3.
