Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Chicken burger with mayo and hot sauce on hamburger bun, omelette with 3 eggs, pepper, olive oil, cheese. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana x 2, protein powder, powder milk, coconut kefir yogurt drink. 

Outing

Walk to Superstore Young Street. 

Brunch

Chicken burgers with mayo and hot sauce on hamburger buns x 2, green tea. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, wheat germ, banana, frozen strawberries, kefir yogurt drink coconut, tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, hot sauce, brown rice. 

Lunch

Double chicken burger with mayo and hot sauce on hamburger bun.

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Dropped off paperwork at Housing Office for income review then walked to Superstore Quinpool Road.

Leftover ground beef with mixed vegetables, diced tomatoes, pasta, cheddar cheese, etc. Omelette with 2 eggs, pepper, hot sauce and olive oil.

Chicken burgers with mayo and hot sauce on hamburger buns x 2, Aquafina Vitamin Water Orange.
