Protein Shake!

Protein Shake with powder milk and protein powder.

Chicken leg with spices and seasoning, brown rice with baby vegetables.

Bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre and Dollarama. Aquafina Vitamin Water Orange. 

Lunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, Protein Shake with powder milk and protein powder, toast and peanut butter x 1.

Laundry Day!

3 loads of laundry. 8:30am - 10:50am April 16/22 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, Protein powder, apple, banana, toast and peanut butter x 1, milk, tea. 

Protein Shake!

Protein Shake with powder milk and protein powder. 

Supper

Ground beef, beef broth, mixed vegetables, spices, tomato soup, milk, toast and butter x 2.

Snack 2

Brunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, Protein Shake with powder milk and protein powder, toast and peanut butter x 1, apple x 1.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, Protein powder, banana, frozen strawberries, toast and peanut butter x 1, milk, tea. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, mashed potatoes, ketchup. 

Lunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, pepper, toast and butter x 1. 

Outing

Walk to Shoppers Almon Street. 

Brunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toast and peanut butter x 1, Protein Shake with powder milk and protein powder.
