Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Ground beef with mixed vegetables, vegetable broth, spices and seasoning, brown rice, hot sauce. 

Lunch

Chicken breast and Swiss cheese sandwich with butter and mustard, Potato chips 2 cups. 

Outing

Walk downtown to Dollarama Duke Street and RBC Bank Machine return along waterfront. 5.17km 

Brunch

Chicken breast and Swiss Cheese sandwich with butter and mustard, Cheddar Cheese x 2, Protein Shake with 1% milk and protein powder. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, Protein powder, apple, banana, toast and butter x 2, milk, tea.
