Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with milk and sweetener. 

Supper

French toast with eggs x 3, wholewheat bread x 3, pink salt, butter, pam cooking spray, syrup and banana. 

Snack

Sour Cream and Onion Crunchy Loops 71g. Baked Red Lentil Snacks 

Lunch

California style tuna salad with mayo on small wholewheat tortilla wraps x 2 with Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener, chocolate biscuit cookies x 4. 

Outing

Bus trip to Dollarama Duke Street. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with push ups. 

Breakfast 2

Eggs x 2 with pam cooking spray, hot sauce, pink salt, pepper, cheese, wholewheat small tortilla wrap. Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt, cinnamon, chia seeds, oats, creatine. Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with milk and sweetener.

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, hot sauce, chicken broth, potatoes, butter, onions, spinach. 

Snack

Plain yogurt with banana, oats and cinnamon. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street. 

Brunch

Tuna with mayo, pink salt, pepper, garlic powder on large wholewheat tortilla wrap. Protein bar 50g.

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, creatine, cinnamon, chia seeds, oats. Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Workout

Weight training with dumbbells multiple exercises and multiple sets and reps 35 minutes.

Family pack pork chops with pink salt, pepper, garlic powder, onions, beef broth, mixed vegetables, butter, hot sauce.

Lunch

Chicken strips with potato widges from Superstore Cole Harbour. 

Outing

Bus trip to Dartmouth Happy Smiles Dental appointment plus went to Walmart, Superstore and Sobeys.
