Snack

Toasted cheese, mayo sandwich, chamomile tea.

Supper

Chicken Swiss x 2, potatoes, onion, salt, pepper, garlic, curry, cooking oil, ketchup.

Brunch

Omelette 3 eggs, toast and butter x 2, pepper, garlic, ketchup.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching 1 hour.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana x 2, milk, tea.

Snack

Peanut butter toast x 1, chamomile tea.

Supper

Steak, salt and pepper, garlic, diced butternut squash, butter.

Snack

Toasted cheese mayo sandwich.

Omelette 3 eggs, toast and butter x 2, pepper, garlic, ketchup, green tea. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching 1 hour.

Pork butt chop, potatoes, onion, salt, pepper, garlic, curry, ginger, cooking oil, ketchup.

Brunch

French toast x 2, eggs x 3, butter, garlic, green tea.

Laundry Day!

2 loads of laundry. 8am - 10am

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.

Lunch

Leftover pasta, ground beef, tomato sauce, California style vegetables, etc.

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching 1 hour.

Ground beef, tomato sauce, pasta, California style vegetables leftover, garlic. (2 meals) 

Outing

Walk to Rona Almon Street then Shoppers.
