Supper

Steak with salt and pepper, hot sauce, Uncle Ben's Flavored Rice with mixed vegetables. 

Lunch

Chicken tenders with potato widges from Sobeys. Lemon Lime Carbonated water. 

Outing

Bustrip to Halifax Shopping Center after voting to Sobeys and Walmart with some mall walking. 

Brunch

English muffins x 2 with omelette eggs x 3, cheese, butter, salt and pepper, hot sauce toasted, Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Workout

Weight training with dumbbells multiple exercises and multiple sets and reps 40 minutes. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Bran Flakes 2 Cups with oat milk and banana, toasted bagel with butter, tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, banana x 1. 

Supper

Breaded fish fillets x 3 with boiled yellow potatoes, butter, hot sauce, salt and pepper, parsley. 

Snack

Toasted peanut butter and banana sandwich with Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener.

Leftover pork steak with salt and pepper, hot sauce, fried eggs x 2, pam cooking spray. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups. 

Breakfast 2

Toast and peanut butter x 2, coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Bran Flakes 2 Cups with Milk and banana, tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Pork Steak with salt and pepper, boiled yellow potatoes, butter, parsley, hot sauce. 

Lunch

Omelette sandwiches with eggs x 3, salt and pepper, hot sauce, cheese and butter on toasted bread x 2, coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts, planking and push ups.

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts plus planking, push ups and leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Fried egg sandwich with eggs x 2, butter, hot sauce, pam cooking spray, Swiss cheese on toasted bread, coffee with milk and sweetener.

Bran Flakes 2 Cups, banana with Milk, tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Ground pork with mixed vegetables, vegetable broth, spices and seasoning, hot sauce, pasta in sauce mixture with milk and butter.

Maple Flavoured Cashews 100g.

Popcorn x 1 bag.

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry.

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts plus planking.
