Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Omelette with 3 eggs, pepper, olive oil, hot sauce, brown rice, curry, oregano, beef broth. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana x 2, plain yogurt, powder milk, protein powder, almond milk. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street. 

Brunch

Chicken burgers with mayo, mustard and ketchup on hamburger buns x 2, green tea. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, wheat germ, banana, frozen strawberries, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea.
