Supper

Boneless pork with salt and pepper, brown rice with green peas, beef broth, butter, hot sauce. 

Lunch

Scrambled eggs x 3, pepper and hot sauce, toast and butter x 2, green tea. 

Outing

Walk to Shoppers Almon Street. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, frozen strawberries, powder milk, protein powder. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Coffee Time!

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, Protein powder, banana, frozen strawberries, milk, boiled egg, salt, tea. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea

Leftover ground beef, mixed vegetables, brown rice, etc. Mushroom soup, milk, curry.

Walk to Superstore Young Street.

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, Cappuccino Yogurt.
