Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, boiled egg, salt. 

Supper

Leftover ground beef, mixed vegetables, diced tomatoes, pasta, etc. Banana x 1.

Outing

Walk to Superstore Young Street. 

Lunch

Tuna mayo sandwiches with pepper and paprika x 2, Protein Shake with almond milk and protein powder 1tbs. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, Protein powder, apple, banana, toast and butter x 1, boiled egg, salt, almond milk, tea. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, boiled egg, salt. 

Supper

Leftover ground beef, mixed vegetables, pasta, diced tomatoes, etc. 

Snack

Green pea snack crisps 93g. Aquafina Vitamin water 591ml Orange. 

Outing

Walk downtown to Dollarama Duke Street along waterfront. 

Lunch

Flakes of Ham sandwiches one with cheese, pepper and paprika and mayo, Protein Shake with Oat, almond and powder milk, protein powder 1tbs. 

Laundry Day!

2 loads of laundry. 9:00am - 11:00am February 11/22

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, Protein powder, apple, banana, almond milk, toast and butter x 2, boiled egg, salt, tea. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, banana x 1

Ground beef, beef broth, flour, diced tomatoes, mixed vegetables, pasta, spices, seasoning. (3 meals)*

Lunch

Tuna mayo sandwich with pepper and paprika x 2, boiled egg, salt, Protein Shake with oat milk and powder milk and protein powder 1tbs. *(300ml)
