Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, Honey Roasted Peanuts  1/2 Cup. 

Supper

Leftover ground beef, mixed vegetables, stewed tomatoes, brown rice, etc. 

Lunch

Smoked Chicken breast sandwich with mayo and mustard, Oatmeal bar 38g. Potato chips 2 cups. 

Outing

Bus trip to Halifax Shopping Centre Eastlink, Walmart and Haircut. 

Brunch

Omelet with 3 eggs and pepper, hot sauce, milk, toast and butter x 2.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with apple, banana, cinnamon, wheat bran, Protein powder, milk, cinnamon raisin bagel with butter, tea. 

Dessert

Oatmeal & Nut Butter Peanut Oatmeal Bar 38g.

Supper

Ground beef, beef broth, spices and seasoning, stewed tomatoes, brown rice, hot sauce, mixed vegetables. (2 meals) 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen berry fruit blend, milk, cinnamon, protein powder. 

Lunch

Smoked Chicken breast sandwich with mayo and mustard, Oatmeal Nut butter bar 38g, 2 Cups of Potato chips. 

Laundry Day!

Laundry Day from 8:30am - 11:00am 3 loads of laundry. June 3/22 (Banana x 1) Time for some lunch as soon as the kitchen floor drys. 

Breakfast 2

Cinnamon raisin bagel with butter, Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Omelet with 3 eggs and pepper, hot sauce, toast and butter x 2, coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with powder milk and protein powder. 

Supper

Ground turkey, spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, flour, mashed potatoes, ketchup. 

Lunch

Smoked Chicken breast sandwich with mayo, Protein Shake with powder milk, 1% milk and protein powder, Oatmeal & Nut Butter Bar 38g.

Outing

Dental Cleaning then walk to Dollarama Duke Street. Aquafina Vitamin Water Orange.

Cinnamon raisin bagel with butter and coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Omelet with 3 eggs and pepper, toast and butter x 2, banana x 1, coffee with milk and sweetener.

Pork chops x 2, salt and pepper, brown rice, mixed vegetables, summer savory, butter and hot sauce. 

Outing

Walk to Superstore Young Street.

Cleaning Day!

Cleaning Day from 8:00am - 2:30pm May 31/22 Monthly Cleaning 6.5 hrs.
