Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with sweetener. Peanut crunch 36g. 

Supper

Steak sub sandwich from Subway and had small piece of birthday cake at mother's birthday party. 

Outing

Car drive to Bayers Lake to visit Mother on her birthday with Kim then trip to Walmart Bayers Lake and Subway. Got birthday cake with Kim at Costco. 

Lunch

Thin crust spinach pizza from Superstore. Boiled egg with salt. Protein Shake with powder milk, vanilla protein powder 2 tbsp and creatine 1 tbsp. 

Workout

One hour of Stretching exercises with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups with calf raises, deep squats and leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Plain Oatmeal packages x 2 with banana x 2, powder milk, vanilla protein powder, cinnamon, chia seeds. Toast and peanut butter x 2. Tea with milk and sweetener. Creatine with water 1 tbsp. 

Tea Time!

Chicken burgers with mayo and mustard on hamburger buns x 3. Protein Shake with powder milk and vanilla protein powder. 

Outing

Bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre and Dollarama. Gatorade Zero 710ml.

Leftover ground chicken with mixed vegetables, onions, mushroom soup, potatoes, etc. Creatine with water 1 tbsp. 

Workout/Stretching!

One hour of Stretching exercises. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. Boiled egg with salt x 1.

Plain Oatmeal packages x 2 with banana, powder milk, vanilla protein powder, cinnamon, chia seeds. Toast and peanut butter x 2. English Breakfast Tea with milk and sweetener. Creatine with water 1 tbsp.

Ground chicken with spices and seasoning, hot sauce, mixed vegetables, mushroom soup, onions, boiled potatoes. 

Post Workout Shake!

Protein Shake with powder milk and vanilla protein powder 2 tbsp. 

Workout

Weight training with dumbbells 10lbs and 20lbs chest, delts and triceps 40 minutes. 

Lunch

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener.

Plain Oatmeal packages x 2 with banana, pitted prunes, frozen blueberries, powder milk, vanilla protein powder, cinnamon, chia seeds. Toast and peanut butter x 2. Tea with milk and sweetener. Creatine with water 1 tbsp.

Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen blueberries, powder milk, vanilla protein powder. 

Outing

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry then walked to Sobeys Windsor Street while waiting for laundry.

One hour of Stretching exercises with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups with calf raises, deep squats and leg extensions front and side kick.

Leftover ground chicken with mixed vegetables, boiled yellow potatoes, mushroom soup, etc. Creatine with water 1 tbsp.

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener.

Italian Style meatballs x 29. Toast and butter x 2. (Meatballs were dated August 2025 used up frozen bag bought at Walmart earlier this year)
