Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Leftover ground turkey with mixed vegetables, chick peas, brown rice, etc. 

Outing

Walk to Dollarama Young Street. 

Lunch

Breaded chicken burgers with mayo and hot sauce on hamburger buns x 3 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, powder milk, almond milk, protein powder. 

Laundry Day!

Laundry Day from 8:00am to 10:15am 3 loads of laundry. August 12/23 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, banana, frozen fruit berry blend, almond milk, protein powder, tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, hot sauce, chick peas, brown rice. (2 meals)

Breaded pork cutlette with mayo and hot sauce on hamburger buns x 2 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, protein powder, almond milk, powder milk. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, banana x 2, protein powder, powder milk, frozen fruit berry blend, tea.

Bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre plus had to make yearly appointment to check on eyes for next February.
