Swiss cheese and pickle sandwich with hummus, 1/2 Cup Trail Mix.

Brunch

Ham and Swiss cheese sandwich with hummus, pickle and mustard, Protein Shake with powder milk and protein powder. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, Protein powder, apple, banana, toast and butter x 2, milk, tea. 

Snack

Smoked Oysters 85g

Supper

Brown rice 3/4 cup with mixed vegetables, summer savory, butter, vegetable broth and 3 eggs, pepper, hot sauce. 

Lunch

Swiss Cheese and pickle sandwich with hummus, Peppermint tea.

Tea Time!

Green tea, Smoked Almonds 75g.
