Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Breaded pork cutlette with mayo and hot sauce on hamburger buns x 2. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana x 2, protein powder, powder milk. 

Snack

Sardines in hot sauce 100g. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street. 

Brunch

Leftover ground beef with mixed vegetables, pasta, chick peas, etc. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, wheat germ, banana, frozen strawberries, powder milk, protein powder, tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Ground beef with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, beef broth, hot sauce, tomato soup, chick peas, pasta. (2 meals) 

Snack

Sardines in hot sauce 100g. 

Lunch

Breaded pork cutlette with mayo and hot sauce on hamburger buns x 2. 

Coffee

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana x 2, powder milk, protein powder, strawberry yogurt drink. 

Outing/Walking

Walk to North End Community Health Centre for routine blood work. Also did some push ups this morning.

Trail Mix 1/2 - 3/4 Cup.

Bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre.
