Tea Time!

Chamomile tea

Supper

Leftover ground beef, mixed vegetables, pasta, tomato paste, beef broth, etc., Onion, cooking oil, butter.

Outing

Walk to Superstore Young Street.

Lunch

Egg salad sandwiches 1.5., 2 eggs, mayo, pepper, curry, paprika. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, banana, toast and butter x 2, milk, boiled egg, salt, tea. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea

Supper

Ground beef, mixed vegetables, pasta, tomato paste, beef broth, pepper, garlic powder, Italian style seasoning. (2 meals) 

Brunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toast and butter x 2.

Laundry Day!

9:00am - 10:30am 2 loads of laundry. August 20

Coffee with milk and sweetener, boiled egg, salt.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, banana, toast and butter x 2, tea.

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.

Walk downtown after voting then shopping at Dollarama Duke Street then back home along waterfront trail.

Walk to Spring Garden Road Park Lane Dollarama then visit Mother in hospital with Sister then Superstore Quinpool road.
