Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Mac and Cheese extra creamy with mixed vegetables, chick peas, pepper. 

Snack

Trail Mix 3/4 Cup 

Lunch

Ham and Smoked Chicken breast sandwiches with cheese, mayo and mustard x 2

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana x 2, protein powder, powder milk, plain yogurt drink, toast and butter x 2, coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Supper

Ham and Smoked Chicken breast sandwich with cheese, butter and mustard. Smoked Oysters 85g. Banana x 1 

Tea Time!

Ham and Smoked Chicken breast sandwiches with cheese, butter and mustard x 2, Popcorn x 1 bag, Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B. 

Outing

Walk to Laundromat to wash winter coat then Sobeys Windsor Street. 

Brunch

Omelette with 3 eggs, pepper, hot sauce, olive oil, toast and butter x 2.

Laundry Day!

Laundry Day from 8:00am to 9:50am 2 loads of laundry. November 17/23 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with wheat germ, cinnamon, banana, frozen strawberries, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Tea Time!

Pork chops with salt and pepper, Uncle Ben's Flavored Rice with mixed vegetables. 

Snack

Popcorn x 1 bag 

Outing

Bus trip to Halifax Shopping Centre Mark's and Dollarama.

Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen blueberries, protein powder, vanilla yogurt, powder milk. Bannock bread and butter x 2

Workout

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal with wheat germ, cinnamon, banana, frozen blueberries, milk, Bannock bread with butter, tea.

Leftover ground turkey with White Cheddar Mac and Cheese, broccoli, etc.

Popcorn x 1 bag. 

Outing

Walk to Dollarama Young Street. 

Protein Shake/Bannock Bread

Protein Shake with banana x 2, vanilla yogurt, powder milk, protein powder. Bannock bread x 1 piece with butter. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal with wheat germ, cinnamon, frozen blueberries, milk, banana, Bannock bread, tea.

White Cheddar Mac and Cheese with ground turkey, spices and seasoning, broccoli, hot sauce, chicken broth. 

Bannock Bread

Made another Bannock bread with last of the small bag of flour. 2 pieces of Bannock bread with butter.

Bag of popcorn

Walk to Superstore Quinpool Road and Canadian Tire but didn't buy anything there.
