Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with oat milk and sweetener. 

Supper

French toast with eggs x 3, wholewheat bread x 3, pam cooking spray, banana x 2, syrup. 

Workout

Weight training with dumbbells multiple exercises and multiple sets and reps 35 minutes. Protein Shake with powder milk, protein powder, oat milk. 

Tea Time!

Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener, chocolate chip cookies x 3.

Lunch

Ground pork with pink salt, pepper, hot sauce, garlic powder, beef broth, green peas, Noodle soup, egg. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts plus planking. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, creatine, cinnamon, chia seeds. Peanut butter toast x 2, tea with milk and sweetener.

Mac and cheese salad from Sobeys, chamomile tea with milk and sweetener, chocolate chip cookies x 4. 

Lunch

Twin pack sub sandwiches from Sobeys. 

Outing 2

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.

Smoked Oysters 85g.

Outing

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry.
