Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Steak with salt and pepper, Uncle Ben's Flavor Rice, hot sauce, mixed vegetables. 

Snack

Vegetable flavor crackers x 2 packages. 

Outing

Walk to Staples then Dollarama Duke Street. 

Brunch

Liver pate sandwiches with mustard x 2. Protein Shake with banana, powder milk, protein powder, frozen blueberries, plain yogurt drink. 

Laundry Day!

Laundry Day from about 8:00am to to 9:30am 2 loads of laundry. October 14/23 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, banana, frozen strawberries, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea.

Ground beef with mixed vegetables, beef broth, spices and seasoning, brown rice, hot sauce, homemade pickles.

Vegetable flavor crackers x 2 packages. 

Lunch

Salmon sandwich with mayo and pepper, homemade pickle x 1. 

Outing

Drive with Donna over to Kim's work for paperwork related to Neil's estate. Got 2 jars of homemade pickles from Kim.

Salmon mayo sandwich with pepper, green tea.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Protein Shake with banana x 2, protein powder, powder milk, plain yogurt drink. Toast and butter x 2, tea with milk and sweetener.

Pork chop with salt and pepper, Uncle Ben's Flavor Rice, hot sauce, mixed vegetables.

Tuna mayo sandwich with pepper. 

Outing

Walk to Superstore Young Street.

Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen strawberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink. Toast and butter x 2

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, hot sauce, Uncle Ben's Flavor Rice.

Walk to Staples then Dollarama Duke Street.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.
