Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with sweetener. Banana x 1.

Supper

Chicken burgers with mayo and mustard on hamburger buns x 2. Potato salad with boiled eggs x 3, salt and pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, mayo, mustard. 

Outing

Walk up to church on North Street to take photos then bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre and Dollarama. Gatorade Zero 710ml. 

Lunch

Thin crust spinach pizza from Superstore. Protein Shake with powder milk, chocolate protein powder 2 tbsp, creatine 1 tbsp. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Plain Oatmeal packages x 2 with banana x 2, powder milk, chocolate protein powder, cinnamon, chia seeds. Toast and peanut butter x 2. English Breakfast Tea with milk and sweetener. Boiled egg with salt. Creatine with water 1 tbsp. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with sweetener. 

Supper

Boiled eggs x 3 with hot sauce. Breaded fish fillet x 1 with mayo on hamburger bun. Protein Shake with powder milk and chocolate protein powder 2 tbsp. Banana x 1.

Workout 2

Weight training with dumbbells 10lbs and 20lbs chest, biceps, back and forearms 40 minutes. 

Lunch

Thin crust spinach pizza from Superstore. Chocolate peanut butter protein bar 68g. Creatine with water 1 tbsp. 

Workout

One hour of Stretching exercises with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups with, calf raises, deep squats and leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. Toast and peanut butter x 2.

Breakfast/Protein Shake!

Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen blueberries, powder milk, chocolate protein powder 2 tbsp, creatine 1 tbsp, plain oats package x 1, cinnamon, chia seeds. English Breakfast Tea with sweetener.

Post Workout Shake!

Protein Shake with powder milk and chocolate protein powder 2 tbsp. 

Workout

Weight training with dumbbells 10lbs and 20lbs chest, delts and triceps 35 minutes.

Bus trip Downtown to Dollarama Duke Street then bus trip to Superstore Barrington Street. Gatorade Zero 710ml.

Leftover ground chicken with mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, pasta, etc. Creatine with water 1 tbsp.

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener.

Ground chicken with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, hot sauce, H.P. Sauce, pasta, onion, olive oil. 

Outing

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry then walked to Sobeys Windsor Street while waiting for laundry.

Leftover potato salad from yesterday. Thin crust spinach pizza from Superstore. Creatine with water 1 tbsp.

Oatmeal with cinnamon, chia seeds, banana, pitted prunes, powder milk. Toast and peanut butter x 2. English Breakfast Tea with milk and sweetener. Creatine with water 1 tbsp.

One hour of Stretching exercises.

Cleaning Day!

Cleaning Day from 9:00am to 5:15pm. Just waiting for bathroom and hallway floors to dry then clean mop and empty mop bucket. 

Snacks

Maple Flavoured Cashews 100g. Banana x 2.
