More Tea Time!

Weight training with dumbbells 5 exercises 20 minutes.

Supper

Scrambled eggs x 4 with Uncle Ben's Flavored Rice, hot sauce, pepper, mixed vegetables and butter. 

Snack

Salami and cheese sandwich with butter and mustard. 

Outing

Walk along waterfront to Dollarama Duke Street. Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B and pepperoni stick. 

Lunch

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, mango yogurt drink. Can lunch meat and cheese sandwich with butter and mustard. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and legs lifts, calf raises and push ups. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana x 2, milk, toast and peanut butter x 2, tea.

Workout

Weight training with dumbbells light workout 5 exercises. 20 Minutes.

Steak with salt and pepper plus pasta side dish from package bought at Dollarama made with milk and butter. 

Outing

Walk to Canadian Tire Quinpool Road then Sobeys Windsor Street. 

Brunch

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, mango yogurt drink. Can lunch meat with cheese, butter and mustard sandwich. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching, leg extensions front and side kick, planking. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana x 2, milk, toast and peanut butter x 2, tea and coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Outing

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry. 

Lunch 2

Salami and cheese sandwiches with butter and mustard x 2. Coffee with milk and sweetener. Energy Mix 

Lunch

Leftover brown rice and mixed vegetables with can lunch meat, butter and hot sauce. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, vanilla yogurt. Toast and butter x 2, tea.

Chamomile tea, vanilla yogurt and banana.

Outing

Walk to Superstore Young Street, Dollarama Young Street, Shoppers Almon Street and RBC Almon Street. Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B and pepperoni sticks x 2

Leftover ground turkey with mixed vegetables, diced tomatoes, pasta, etc. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and legs lifts, calf raises, knee bends, planking. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana x 2, milk, toast and peanut butter x 2, tea. 

Outing

Bustrip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre. Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B

Weight training with dumbbells 5 exercises 2 to 5 sets of each exercises 10 to 15 reps. 25 minutes.

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, hot sauce, diced tomatoes, pasta. 

Brunch

Salami and cheese sandwiches with butter and mustard x 2, Energy Mix 3/4 Cup and Green tea.

1 Hour of Stretching with push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, vanilla yogurt. Toast and butter x 2, tea.

Can beans with bread and butter x 3, lemon ginger tea.

Walk along waterfront to Superstore Barrington Street then bus trip back home.
