Protein Shake

Protein Shake with powder milk and protein powder. 

Lunch/Supper 2

Samosas x 2 with chamomile tea and chocolate biscuit cookies x 3. 

Lunch/Supper

Roast beef sub sandwich from Superstore and 3 small samosas with dipping sauce. 

Outing

Walk to Superstore Quinpool Road and Canadian Tire. 

Snack

Smoked Oysters 85g. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts plus planking. 

Breakfast 2

Fried eggs x 2 on toasted wholewheat English muffins with butter, hot sauce, cheese, pam cooking spray. Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, creatine, chia seeds, oats, cinnamon. Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea and chocolate biscuit cookies x 3.

Supper

Ground beef with mixed vegetables, beef broth, spices and seasoning, hot sauce, white rice, stewed tomatoes, butter. 

Lunch

Tuna with mayo and pepper on large wholewheat tortilla wrap with green tea and chocolate biscuit cookies x 3. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts.

Eggs x 3 with pam cooking spray, pink salt, pepper, hot sauce, cheese, large wholewheat tortilla wrap. Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, creatine, chia seeds, oats, cinnamon. Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Workout 2

Weight training with dumbbells multiple exercises and multiple sets and reps 40 minutes. Protein Shake with powder milk and protein powder plus water. 

Supper

Can salmon with pepper, pink salt and mayo in large wholewheat tortilla wrap and 1 small wholewheat tortilla wrap. Chocolate biscuit cookies x 3 and chamomile tea. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with push ups. 

Lunch

Sub sandwich from Brother's Meat Market, Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B, Sour Cream and Onion Baked Lentil Snacks Crunchy Loops 71g. 

Outing

Walk to Dollarama Young Street after paying rent then Brother's Meat Market. 

Breakfast 2

Fried eggs x 2 with pam cooking spray, hot sauce, butter, cheese, pink salt, pepper on wholewheat toasted bread. Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, cinnamon, chia seeds, oats, creatine. Toast and butter x 2, tea with milk and sweetener.

Ground chicken with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, pasta. 

Snack 2

Large wholewheat tortilla wrap with peanut butter and banana.

Salted Mixed Nuts 100g. 

Brunch

Fried egg sandwich with eggs x 2, pam cooking spray, hot sauce, butter, cheese on wholewheat toasted bread.

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, cinnamon, chia seeds. 

Outing

Walk to Laundromat to wash 3 loads of laundry.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal with cinnamon, banana, frozen blueberries, chia seeds, protein powder, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea with milk and sweetener.

Pork Steak with pink salt, pepper, hot sauce, butter, beef broth, garlic powder, yellow potatoes and onion. 

Lunch 2

French toast with 3 eggs, pam cooking spray, butter, cinnamon, wholewheat bread x 2.

Large wholewheat tortilla wrap with peanut butter and banana. 

Snack

Smoked Oysters 85g. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups. November 25 started using Creatine 1 table spoon with about 400ml of cold water with a noticeable difference in how I felt the first day. Energy level and overall mood and muscle strength was definitely up to a noticeable level. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, chia seeds, milk, banana, frozen blueberries, toast and butter x 2, tea with milk and sweetener.

Chamomile tea and chocolate chip cookies x 6

Ground beef with mixed vegetables, beef broth, spices and seasoning, tomato sauce, pasta. 

Workout 2

Weight training with dumbbells multiple exercises and multiple sets and reps about 40 minutes.

Peanut butter and banana x 2 in small wholewheat tortilla wraps x 2. Protein Shake with powder milk and protein powder.

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street after voting in the Nova Scotia Elections. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts plus planking.

Fried eggs x 2 with pam cooking spray, hot sauce, butter, cheese, pink salt and pepper on wholewheat English muffins x 2. Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, cinnamon, chia seeds, oats, peanut butter. Tea with milk and sweetener.

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, hot sauce, mayo on wholewheat Tortilla wraps x 2.

Bus trip to Walmart Bayers Lake location after visiting my mother at her new place.
